The simplest way to arrive is to use the TRAM to SHORE stop. We are just a few minutes walk from there. By car is difficult now. Council closed many access roads. One come along Commercial St onto Bernard Street and turn into Maritime Street, up to the top end and right onto Water Street, then finally left onto Burgess street. Or approaching from Links Gardens/Links Place/Duncan Place on to Queen Charlotte Street, straight over lights on to Waters Street and finally Burgess Street. If in doubt, exit taxis etc outside Martin Wishart's Restaurant on SHORE and walk up Waters Close to the large Grey Steel Gate where you'll see our buzzer entry phone.
